IS THERE A CHARGE FOR USING YOUR SERVICE?

There is no charge for our service. The price quoted is the price you will be paid for your car. There are no hidden charges or fees.


WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY OFFER?

We endeavour to make you an offer the same day, with most offers being made within 24 hours.

Our website does not provide instant online quotes as prestige cars are specialist and each one unique, because of this there is no way of automatically valuing the vehicle accurately with an online system.

Our team of valuation experts have over 30 years of experience valuing high-end luxury cars, we will review the individual details of your vehicle then contact you with a genuine offer within 24 hours.


HOW LONG IS THE OFFER VALID FOR?

Our valuations are only valid for a period of 7 days, after this time period a new quotation would need to be done. This is because the valuation of a car can change on a daily basis depending on the current market.


HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?

If our offer is accepted we will come to your address and if the vehicle is as described payment is electronically wired into your preferred account whilst we are there. You do not release your vehicle, V5 or keys over to us until you or your finance company are in receipt of the funds.


DO YOU BUY FOR CASH?

Unfortunately we do not pay in cash. We send the money to your preferred bank account via secure wire bank transfer.


WILL YOU PICK UP MY VEHICLE?

Yes, we offer a free nationwide collection service.


WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are based in Congleton, Cheshire.


IS THERE A MAXIMUM MILEAGE ON THE VEHICLES YOU BUY?

Yes, we only buy vehicles up to 100,000 miles.


CAN YOU TAKE A PART EXCHANGE?

Unfortunately we do not offer part exchange.


DO YOU OFFER SALE OR RETURN?

CAN YOU SETTLE THE OUTSTANDING FINANCE ON MY VEHICLE?

Yes we can. If you are selling your vehicle to us we can settle the outstanding finance on your behalf. That amount will then be deducted from the final balance.


DO YOU BUY DAMAGED VEHICLES?

It depends on the extent of the damage. Please get in touch with us to discuss in further detail.


I HAVE A PRIVATE REG, CAN I KEEP IT?

Of course. We can put your registration plate on retention on your behalf. Your account manager can talk you through the process of how we do this.
